Note changes effective 8/1/2026
As a result of the consolidation of divisional human resources with the Human Resource Management Unit, the following will be utilized to streamline the grievance process moving forward:
- For grievances filed at Step 1 – continue to submit to the supervisor
- For grievances filed at Step 2 – submit to Step2Grievances@jud.ct.gov
- For grievances filed at Step 3 – submit to Step3Grievances@jud.ct.gov
The inboxes for Step2Grievances@jud.ct.gov and Step3Grievances@jud.ct.gov will be reviewed daily and grievances will be processed per the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
