Local 749 Scholarship

Applications are now being accepted for the 2019 Local 749 Scholarship. The deadline for application is March 31, 2019 (emailed or postmarked). Please download the Scholarship Eligibilty and Instructions and the Scholarship Application.

2018 Local 749 Scholarship Recipients

Tyler Lajoie and Madison Brennan, dependents of AFSCME Local Union members Patricia Lajoie and Amy Brennan, each received a $1500.00 scholarships from Local 479.

This is the first time that AFSCME Local 749 has awarded scholarships, which are available to children of 749 members. Applications and Essays are due in March.
